What we do

Diagnostics and support.

Independent shops and rebuilders don't have Tesla's tools behind them. We're the remote specialist they call when a car won't give up its secrets.

Remote diagnostics & fault analysis

We connect to the car, read fault memory and live signals across every module, and trace each code to its real root cause.

  • Full module scan — battery, drive, body, chassis, infotainment
  • Live CAN bus reading via laptop + PCAN adapter
  • Plain-language report: cause, severity, recommended fix

Independent service center support

Back-up for unofficial Tesla repair shops worldwide — the remote expertise to take on Tesla jobs with confidence.

  • On-call diagnostics during a live repair
  • Guidance on procedure, tooling and parts
  • Second opinion before you replace a costly part

Salvage & rebuild support

Bringing a rebuilt title back to life. We handle the diagnostic and configuration side a post-collision car needs to drive right.

  • Module pairing after part replacement
  • High-voltage and restraint system checks
  • Clearing the path from "won't wake" to road-ready

Pre-purchase health check

Buying used or salvage? A full module read before money changes hands, so you know exactly what you're getting.

  • Battery and drive-unit condition
  • Hidden fault and prior-damage history
  • A written summary you can negotiate with
Hardware repair

MCU repair, down to the board.

A dead or black screen on an older Model S/X is almost always a worn eMMC on the MCU — a known failure, not a lost car. We restore the unit at component level instead of replacing the whole module.

Repairs are carried out as genuine restoration of failed hardware — bringing a faulty unit back to its working state.

Configuration & coding

The configuration a repair actually needs.

Swap a part on a Tesla and the modules need to be told. We write the configuration the car expects, so a repair finishes clean — no half-coded warning lights left behind.

Post-repair module coding

After a replacement part is fitted, we pair and configure the module so the feature works and the fault clears for good.

Navigation & region setup

For imported cars, we configure the correct regional navigation and map setup so the maps match where the car is actually driven.

Key card programming

Lost every key, or fitting a new card on a Model 3/Y? We program key cards over the bus with a laptop and PCAN — no disassembly or welding.

Training & courses

Learn to do the work yourself.

Hands-on courses for technicians who want to take Tesla diagnostics and repair in-house. Practical, equipment-based, and focused on real workshop jobs.

01

CAN bus diagnostics with PCAN

Reading and interpreting Tesla bus traffic with a laptop and a PCAN USB adapter.

02

Autopilot hardware: AP1, AP2, AP2.5

Identifying, diagnosing and servicing the different Autopilot hardware generations across Model 3 and S/X.

03

MCU eMMC repair technique

The component-level skills behind restoring a black-screen MCU1 unit on Model S/X.

04

Linux & GW-Diag for analysis

Using Linux and the GW-Diag utility to read and analyze configurations on Model 3, S and X for diagnostic work.

05

Module pairing & post-repair coding

Completing a repair properly: configuring replaced modules so the car behaves as it should.

06

Navigation & map configuration

Setting up regional navigation and maps correctly on imported vehicles.

Who we help

Built for a worldwide trade.

Independent shops

Service centers that work on Teslas without the factory toolset, and want a specialist on call.

Salvage rebuilders

Rebuilders turning auction and insurance cars back into safe, road-ready vehicles.

Tesla owners

Owners who want a clear, honest read on what their car is doing — and what it'll take to fix it.

How it works

From connected to clear, in four steps.

STEP 01

Connect

You link the car to our session with a supported interface. Setup takes minutes.

STEP 02

Read

We pull fault memory and watch live signals across every module on the car.

STEP 03

Diagnose

We confirm the real root cause before anyone touches a part.

STEP 04

Resolve

We configure or repair where we can, and hand you a clear report on the rest.
